A wonderfully fluid dance performance about habitats, (co-)existence and survival. The dancers become creatures of all kinds in an imaginary body of water.
Off Europa is an office for off-theatre productions and is organised in cooperation with the venues LOFFT - DAS THEATER in Leipzig, the Societaetstheater in Dresden and Klub Solitaer e.V. and Off Bühne Komplex in Chemnitz. Off Europa is mainly financed by the City of Leipzig - Department of Culture. Off Europa: Schöne Neue Welt is supported by the City of Dresden Office for Culture and Monument Protection and the City of Chemnitz. Off Europa: Schöne Neue Welt is funded by the Cultural Foundation of the Free State of Saxony. This programme is co-financed by tax revenue on the basis of the budget approved by the Saxon State Parliament.
