ÜBUNGSLABOR: INTIMITÄT, NÄHE, DISTANZ UND KONSENS | WORKSHOP

ALEXANDER HAHNE (HAMBURG)

A group of unknown individuals come closer and collectively explore situational intimacy, closeness, and distance. Through guided physical exercises, this laboratory of practice experiments with bodily communication within the group and in pairs.

In this workshop, intimacy is explored. A group of unknown individuals seeks shared intimacy and experiments to find what level of closeness and distance feels right. Through guided body awareness methods, you have the opportunity to feel your own body. Within the group, you can perceive and explore your needs for proximity and distance. Subsequently, in pairs, the body is touched practically, and the path towards it is discussed and negotiated. Exploring your touch needs and boundaries is the focus in this practice laboratory. Throughout the workshop, all participants remain clothed, and touch only occurs with prior agreement and mutual consent.
