CONSENT-WORKSHOP

In the Consent-Workshop, you’ll learn to recognize your personal boundaries, articulate them clearly, and openly express your wishes. A safe space to practice and strengthen your own self-expression.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the topic of consent not just as a concept, but as a living, physically experienced practice.
Through simple physical exercises, reflection, and partner exercises, participants develop a greater awareness of their own boundaries, needs, and desires while practicing clear communication in a supportive and playful environment. No prior experience is required.

Instructions for booking a combo ticket:

This will give you both a ticket for the workshop on October 13 and a ticket for the performance of SEX AND RAGE on the day of your choice.
