The pas de deux, a dance duet, usually marks the climax of a ballet piece. In BLUEPRINT, the Cologne-based company Overhead Project challenges classical notions of this danced duet, literally turning them on their head.

One of the print materials used to promote the BLUEPRINT play uses a motif in whose depiction people see cultural appropriation.
