OFF EUROPA: LET ME C_NATUR

At a time when nudity on stage has become an almost self-evident part of contemporary art - and the question of the reasons for being naked on stage is hardly ever asked - Márta Ladjánszki and Zsolt Varga take their audience on a unique journey. They offer the opportunity to experience shared nudity as a basic agreement on and in front of the stage and to scrutinise the resulting togetherness. Driven by the conviction that an experience of community is still possible and that such an experience is needed more than ever.
A bold stage and experimental arrangement, a sensitive dialogue with the space and the audience, relying on the tentative and delicate encounter and interaction between the dancer, the musician and their potential collaborators. With guaranteed rare and unusual body constellations. 

Márta Ladjánszki studied classical ballet, jazz and modern dance in Budapest and Vienna. In 1996, she co-founded the contemporary dance theatre company KOMPmÁNIA, in which she worked both as a performer and co-choreographer. In 2001, she joined the (dance) network L1 and has been its artistic vice-director ever since.
Zsolt Varga is a composer, multi-instrumentalist and sound and movement artist. In addition to participating in various electronic and electroacoustic music projects, his work in recent years has focussed primarily on his collaboration with Márta Ladjánszki and the L1 Association.
